Breaking: Italian Cricket TV will not return until a formal agreement is reached
Italian Cricket TV shut down indefinitely in 2021 due to financial constraints, The platform is very popular among Indians, Pakistani Bangladeshis and Sri Lankans, The platform has given them so much content, which has helped cricket to be interested in playing in Italy.
Maruf Anowar, the founder of Italian Cricket TV, said this on Monday
If all the sponsors and clubs pay me, I will bring back Italian Cricket TV, I will not broadcast any more matches without my payment. It took me 3 years to grow my platform all over the world and I didn’t earn anything.
I dreamed of popularizing cricket in Italy, and as a solution I chose Digital streaming, at the beginning I spent my own money on the project to advertise the platform around the world.
I never thought ICTV will be closed like this in 2021, But due to lack of operator working on the project I had to take this decision to close the platform, so now without the contract no time will be wasted on this project.
ICTV will remain closed until a formal agreement is reached.
